How do I sign up?
Go to /register, choose admirer / creator / AI creator, and verify your email. You can switch from admirer to creator later from Settings → Security.
Is PaxPally free for fans?
Yes. You only pay for what you choose to support (tips, subscriptions, pay-per-view). See the pricing page for the breakdown.
How much does PaxPally take?
Creators keep 80% of every earning event; PaxPally retains 20%. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no charge to request a payout.
How do I get paid?
Set up payouts in Settings → Payouts. You can choose bank transfer, mobile money, or USDC on Base mainnet. Identity verification is required before your first payout.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open My Subscriptions and click Cancel. The dialog explains what you keep until the period ends. If you want a refund for a charge already made, useRequest refund from the same screen.
I requested account deletion — how do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Security. If a deletion is pending, you'll see a banner with the finalisation date and a Cancel Deletion Request button. You have 24 hours from the request to cancel before deletion is irreversible.
